It didn't display the water in reservoir and fountains, nor the flags on prefectures and engeneering posts. It's kind of bugy, but doesn't truly prevent from playing. Just realized it's entirely all animations, the game has no animations. Market flags dont wave, no water for fountains or reservoirs, granary doesnt move.
